Are you looking for an opportunity to serve your parish and the community at large?  Do you have 2 hours free once a week or once every other week?  If so, perhaps the volunteer steward program is for you!

The stewards program was developed with two goals in mind:

First, you will be assisting our Rector, as well as the Maintenance/Custodian and Security manager, by helping to maintain a secure, peaceful environment for parishioners and/or the general public to come and pray, meditate and spiritually rest in this magnificent house of God.

Second,

• extend a warm welcome to the many visitors from around the world who come through our doors;
• answer any questions, as best you can, about Cathedral points of interest and history
• extend to others the opportunity to simply view our historic Cathedral, see and/or unobtrusively and respectfully photograph various parts of the Cathedral and windows
• offer our free handouts containing historical information
• offer other Cathedral booklets and postcards that are for sale

You will receive a personal orientationwhich will provide you with all the information you will need for this important ministry.  As a steward, you may be as busy -- or as quiet -- as you like!
